The Fire Code has very specific regulations for intervals of checking, inspecting and certifying fire & life protection equipment. There are many responsibilities that a business owner has to stay compliant.

Co-operative Fire Protection technicians are trained to perform inspections to spot any deficiencies. We then inform the client with a detailed report of all of our findings from the inspection. This report will be very useful to make sure you are compliant with the fire code.

Below is an overview of the services we provide.

HYDROSTATIC TESTING We have a state of the art testing facility and carry the Transport Canada Approval for Hydrostatic Testing. Large or small we can test and reclaim them all. 	INSPECTION SERVICES We can inspect, maintain and certify all of your fire and safety requirements. Follow this link for more information.
FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS There are a variety of fire suppression systems that suit specific needs. Make sure you review these when ever a change is made in your process.
	KITCHEN HOOD FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEMS We inspect, test, service and repair many types and brands.
FIRE EXTINGUISHERS Inspections, Maintenance & Testing to certify all brands and types of Fire Extinguishers. We carry fire extinguisher loaners so you are never left without one and your always protected.
	FIRE HOSES As hoses age, they are prone to leak and fail when they are most needed. We inspect, test, service and repair many types and brands.
FIRE PUMPS & HYDRANTS We inspect, test, service and repair many types and brands.

INDUSTRIAL AND COMMERCIAL SPRINKLER SYSTEMS These systems sit idle for years. It is part of the Ontario Safety Act that these systems are checked and serviced on a regular basis. This includes the heads, pumps, risers, valves etc. of the system. Well maintained systems are more reliable and have a longer life.
	FIRE PLANS We can assist in the development of a fire plan procedure for your facility or review existing plans to check for any missed updates.
TANK REFILLS - Scuba, Scott and MSA Bottles We inspect, test and refill various Cylinders and Bottles.
	COMPRESSORS We inspect, test, service and repair many types and brands.
