Respectful Workplace & Anti-Harassment Policy

We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward our staff. Our technicians and office team deserve to perform their work in an environment where they are treated with dignity and respect.

Harassment may include, but is not limited to:

  • Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidation
  • Discriminatory remarks or inappropriate comments
  • Bullying, aggressive behavior, or hostility
  • Any conduct that creates and unsafe or uncomfortable work environment

Our employees are trained professionals who are committed to providing quality service and maintaining the safety and compliance of your property. In return, we expect all interactions with our staff to remain respectful and professional.

If any employee experiences harassment while performing their duties, the situation will be address immediately. This may include escalation to management, removal of our staff from the site, or termination of service if necessary.

We believe that mutual respect creates better working relationships and better service for everyone involved.
